  1. Enter all factors partners are contributing, for example, “Cash Partner” “Credit Partner”“Experience” etc… along with a description of the factor. This tool allows up to 5 factors. In addition you enter a “weight” to the corresponding factor.
  2. You simply enter all the names of the participants and their contributions
  3. You enter a PROJECTED profit, and then later as you complete the job, you can modify this number to the ACTUAL profit
  4. Read the compensation of each investor.
